BNI Members at C&C Cellular Charity Ball

BNI (Business Network International) is a 22-year-old business and professional organisation that allows only one person from each trade or profession to join a chapter. With over 4,900 active chapters, and 100,000 members, it is the most successful business referral organisation in the world. In the UK and Ireland alone, there are over 539 BNI Chapters that in 2006 gave over 551,248 referrals, leading to business worth € 260m.

Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of sales people working for you because all the other members carry copies of your card with them. When they meet someone new that could use your products or services they hand out your card and personally recommend your services.

BNI provides a structured, supportive, business environment in which local business people can get together to network, learn valuable new marketing skills and develop the strong personal relationships that lead to trust and the consequent generation of significant business for each other.

BNI has operated a successful chapter in Castlebar for the last 8 years and at present the membership stands at 20. We meet on a Friday in Lough Lannagh, Castlebar and we welcome visitors to our chapter to see for themselves how BNI can improve their business through referrals.
