Rua - Java Winners

Natalia Pitrowska, represented Rua, Castlebar, in the 2011 Java Republic National Barista Championships, which took place in the Java Republic Roastery, Dublin, on 20th September.

On the day baristas had to create their best espresso, cappuccino and speciality drinks.  After much grinding, tamping, extracting and steaming, Natalia took third place against extremely tough competition.
