Davitts 18 Bohola 14
Not a very high scoring encounter but it lacked nothing in the excitement stakes.
Bohola lead for most of the game coming unstuck in the last quarter with Mark Calvey, Ciaran Sheridan and Shane Hopkins putting away baskets to finally put their noses in front to stay.
Bohola had the best of the exchanges earlier on in the game getting in for some very easy scores with Conor Jordan driving the base to great effect.
Once Davitts closed the gaps and played with a little more urgency having come to terms with the fact that their leader was indeed mute and the usual roar to action wasn't going to materialize, Get well soon Seamus! They picked up the pace themselves and came away with the points.

Ballintubber 30 Davitts 28
This one went to the wire with extra time thrown in for good measure, It would be hard to begrudge Ballintubber their first win of the season under new coach Angela McNally.Davitts never got to grips with Ballintubbers big center player Deirdre Horan who proved almost unstoppable when she got a ball into her hands scoring 16 points and virtually all of Ballintubbers points in the fourth quarter to pull the teams level.
A couple of three pointers from Lyndsay Browne for Davitts
early on gave them a half time lead of 6 points. But it was Nuala And Dierdre Horan who were Ballintubbers main scorers and when they got their second wind there was very little Davitts could do.
