UNDER 10 HURLING
The standard of skill on display in the recent club skills event was excellent, The winners were 1st Kevin Keena, 2nd Ronan Byrne and 3rd Art o'Sullivan. Kevin and Ronan will represent Castlebar Mitchels in the Mayo Finals.Training continues every Wed. from 6pm to 7.30.pm.

UNDER 12 HURLING.
Over thirty youngsters took part in the recent u-12 club Skills competition which was very keenly contested,with exceptional skill on display.The winners were 1st Nicholas Quinn, 2nd Alan Quinn, and 3rd Cian Costello.
Nicolas and Alan will now compete in the Mayo finals.Training continues every Mon. and Wed. at 6pm.
Connaught U- 12 Hurling Blitz
Teams are now preparing for The Connaught U-12 Hurling Blitz at Pearses Club [near Ballinasloe] on Sat 15 /5/ 04. Castlebar will have two teams this year and a bus will be leaving from An Sportlann at 9am.Trip includes meal in SUPERMACS. An excellent day is planned, full details available at Club training .All U -12s are reminded to complete club registration, new members welcome.
U16s
Well done to thge U16 team who once again showed what hurling is about. With skill, determination and dedication they had a good win during the past week.
Seniors
The seniors are in serious training at the moment. Players who have been taking advantage of the daisy pickings season are reminded that only the fit will be considered.
