CASTLEBAR PANTOMIME 2008 JUNIOR (U-18yrs) AUDITIONS

Castlebar Pantomime Committee invites anyone aged from eight to eighteen years who is not in an exam class, to attend its Junior auditions for their January 2009 production. Due to time constraints, Castlebar Pantomime regret that they cannot audition anyone who has not registered by 11.00am or accomodate anyone who has to leave early prior to their audition time being called.

Auditions will commence at 11.00am on Saturday 13th of  September at Davitt College, Springfield, Castlebar. All participants must bring a stamped addressed envelope in order for results to be forwarded & are requested to arrive by 10.45 a.m. For safety reasons, only those actually participating along with their parents/guardians will be allowed to enter the hall.

Pantomime Committee wish to stress that again for safety reasons, no child is permitted to leave the Davitt College premises during these auditions & must be collected from the hall by parents/guardians. Any child who does decide to leave the hall will not be re-admitted & their parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them. Committee also suggest that each participant should bring a soft drink/water & light snacks for the duration of the auditions.

Rehearsals for successful participants will begin from 8:00 to 10.00 pm Monday 29th September & will continue each Monday & Wednesday night (excluding Bank/Christmas Holidays) until the show is presented at the TF Royal Theatre in January 2009.

CASTLEBAR PANTOMIME SENIOR AUDITIONS

If you are someone who sings around the house, loves to take out your dancing feet or would like to tread the same Royal Theatre stage as West End Musicals then you are most welcome to join the cast & crew of Castlebar Pantomime. C'mon guys don't be shy, don't let the girls out do you, there's plenty of roles for you too.

Should you decide that acting is not your scene, you could always join in on the ever-busy singing & dancing Chorus. Call along to TF Royal Hotel at 8pm on either Wednesday 17th or 24th to enrol for all the fun of the Senior Chorus. Don't forget that there is also loads to do backstage! Anyone who would be interested in helping out with stage construction, costume making, make up etc are more than welcome to join the back stage crew of Castlebar Pantomime.

Decide to make an early New Year resolution of "I can do this" & plan to join rehearsals which begin at 8:00 to 10.00 pm on Monday 29th September & will continue each Monday & Wednesday night (excluding Bank/Christmas Holidays) until the show is presented at the TF Royal Theatre in January 2009.
