The gala takes place on Saturday the 26th of March in the National Aquatic Centre Dublin involving teams from all four countries.

The Irish squad was selected following the recent senior schools competition in Galway at which both Nicholas and Eoghan excelled.

Nicholas won gold in both the 100 and 200 meter senior breaststroke and took silver in the 200 meter individual medley.

Eoghan swimming in the junior section won gold in the 200 meter individual medley and took silver in the 100 meter freestyle.

The boys are both members of Castlebar Swimming Club and are coached by Marian English. This honour is not only a reward for their hard work but also a recognition of Marian's amazing dedication and expertise.

Congratulations to them both and we wish them the best of luck on the day.
