Castlebar Chamber of Commerce would like to inform chamber members that there are a limited number of tickets remaining for the Black and White Ball, which is being held this Friday night in the Welcome Inn Hotel. The organising committee is delighted with the number of tickets already sold and looks forward to an excellent night’s entertainment in support of Cancer Action Mhaigh Eo. This is a recently formed charity, which aims to raise funds to purchase a Sentinel lymph node mapping device for use in the treatment of patients with breast cancer in Mayo General Hospital

The Black and White Ball is a black tie event and the evening commences at 8pm with an Irish coffee reception followed by a 5 course gala dinner. The guest of honour is Mr Liam Scollan, CEO of Knock International Airport. Music for the Black and White Ball will be provided by renowned band "Ice on Fire".
