Castlebar Arthritis & Fibromyalgia Support Group starts back on Wednesday 30th of January at 8pm in the Mayo Education Centre beside GMIT .
Guest speaker will be a Podiatrist and will give a talk on Arthritis and talking care of your feet.
Cup of tea and a chat after. New members welcome.
