CARI Fun Blind Date

On behalf of CARI (Children At Risk In Ireland), organiser Karen Conway would like to thank every one who attended the recent charity Blind Date in Nevins Newfield Inn, Tiernaur, Mulranny. Thanks are also extended to every one of the wonderful Blind Date contestants, to John Nevin & his staff for their assistance in holding the Blind Date, Catherine Healy for her wonderful support in organising the event, to SmartArt for sign design, to Delia Queenan as Cilla & Barry Campbell as Graham. Thanks are also extended to www.castlebar.ie for highlighting the event.

The Blind Date couples meal dates were very kindly sponsored by Mulranny Park Hotel, Hotel Newport, The Grainne Uaile, Newport & An Carraig, Castlebar. Roses were kindly sponsored by Mary Quinn Florist, Marion Row, Castlebar. Thanks are also extended to those who sponsored raffle prizes of Dinner sponsored by Cox's Restaurant, vouchers from Milano Hairdressers, Mulranny Beauty salon, fruit basket from Cannons, Castlebar & a manicure voucher from Nail Elegance, Castlebar. All sponsors support for the night was very much appreciated. Further to money raised on the night, many children who have suffered sexual abuse will benefit from the counselling services and support desperately needed from CARI.
