Would you like to learn how to save a life ?

Castlebar Heartsaver group are running a Cardiac First Responder(CFR) course on Sunday 2nd February from 11AM - 5PM

You will learn life saving skills such as CPR, how to use a defibrillator and how to deal with Choking, heart attack and stroke.

Course fee is €25 which includes certification, training manual and face mask
