What do you do when your life changes? Saturday  Oct. 3rd 2009

Life has changed for so many people in the last year or so. Plans that many of us had predicted have had to change with the recession and perhaps other life events. Yet we have a resilience deep inside us that helps us to cope when things go wrong. How do we access this power within? How do we discover the nature of courage and retain hope? These are all questions that will be examined in a workshop to be given by Michael Hardiman, Psychologist in the Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar on Saturday 3rd October from 10 am to 4.30 pm. Michael is a renowned author of several books and has presented worthwhile workshops for so many people over the years.
