Expressive Writing – A Course For Our Time.

Expressing yourself in writing has profound positive effects on mental and physical wellbeing and it is enjoyable, free and available anytime. Patricia Mc Adoo is author of the well known book "Writing for Wellbeing" and she is presenting a one day seminar to help people use this wonderful resource to improve their quality of life. Using Brain Power in the Classroom. A programme on how teachers can use even basic knowledge of brain chemistry and neuroscience to help provide pupils with enhanced educational opportunity in the classroom will be held in the Mayo Education Centre, Castlebar on Thursday 12th March at 7.30 p.m. Presenter: Laura Coleman, Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
