Preparation for Advent

A one day retreat on the theme of preparing for Advent will take place in the Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar on Saturday 29^th November 2014. It will be a day of reflection, prayer and sharing on the messages of Advent with some of the Scripture women and men we encounter in the Liturgy of Advent. Presenter: Maura Walsh, R.S.M.. Ecumenical Service for Those Bereaved Through Suicide

This is an opportunity for members of the community to support those families who have been bereaved through suicide.  It is also a time for families to remember their loved ones and commemorate their lives.  There will be light refreshments following the service.  Date:  Friday Nov. 28^th Time: 7.30 pm  Venue:  Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar
