Family Centre courses of interest.

New courses coming up through the Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar include;

Helping children with general learning difficulties

This course is suitable for parents/guardians who want their children who have general learning difficulties to do well in school.

Tuesday 11^th November from 7 pm - 9 pm in the Mayo Education Centre (beside the GMIT). Presenter: Dr. Michelle Dunleavy.

Expressive writing

Discover how using expressive writing can have profound effects on your mental and physical wellbeing. Saturday 8^th November 10.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.
