The Family Centre in Chapel St., Castlebar are running a course called "Discover your Interests" which starts on Wednesday 1st February at 10 a.m. This course is ideal for any adult who would like to explore and improve their quality of life, meet new people, and find an activity they might like to get involved in and take the steps to make that happen. Participants will also learn some self-care skills and techniques.

Another course coming up in the Family Centre is the Enneagram Part 1 which starts on Wednesday 8th February at 8 pm.
