Family Centre Programmes.

The Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar are hosting an evening with Rev. Gary Hastings who is going to give a presentation on "The Important things in Life". Gary is well known in the local area and highly regarded as a man of Faith. The event will be held in the Sister's of Mercy residence at Árd Bhríde, Lawn Road, Castlebar on Friday 2nd October at 7.30 pm.. All Welcome.

A separate one day course on "Expressive Writing" will take place in the Family Centre on Saturday 3rd October starting at 10.30 am. The presenter Patricia McAdoo is a Clinical Psychologist and author of several books. She is passionate about how much of a difference expressive writing can make to the wellbeing of an individual.
