Explore ways to improve your confidence and self esteem in this course over six weeks starting in the Family Centre at 11 a.m. on Thursday 3rd October.

Learn to Relax and Enjoy Life
This 8 week mindfulness course takes place over two hours every week starting on Tuesday 8th October. It can be a great help to assist with coping with the range of stresses in all of our lives. It is being presented by Derval Dunford and Ann Caulfield.
