HeadsUp is a suicide prevention programme run by the REHAB Group that is aimed at 15-24 year olds. The 5 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the hightest peaks in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England & Wales in just 3 days. A group of eight people from the Castlebar area are taking part in this year's challenge which takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
