International Day of the Older Person

The Sisters of Mercy who live in Ard Bhride, Castlebar, returned to the classroom to mark October 1st, which was the International Day of the Older Person. They participated in a Quiz Night with some students from St Patrick's Academy Secondary School, Islandeady.


The Quiz Night was great fun, lots of prizes were won and Dominos Pizza generously catered for the event. It truly was a meeting of great minds!




(St Patricks Academy is a private Catholic independent fee paying second level school. They are currently recruiting new students.)
