The concept behind Men's Sheds is to provide a safe, secure, friendly and open environment where men can meet and engage in positive, productive experiences that in turn will enhance their overall health and wellbeing.

If you are interested in learning more, come along to Le Cheile Community and Family Resource Centre. Tucker Street Castlebar on Monday April 2nd at 7.30pm.
