Saturday 23rd April 11:20pm Holy Orthodox Night Vigil for Holy Pascha ( Easter) Church of Holy Rosary Castlebar
singing of Pascal Mattins, and readings, final veneration and censing of Epistatis ( shroud of Christ) lightening from Pascal candle from the eternal flame, procession to tomb, solemn proclamation of Christs Resurrection chanting in different languages of Easter proclamation;
followed by singing of Pascal Canon and censing of Holy Icons and Divine Liturgy of St John (Mass) after sermon blessing of Easter Eggs and cakes. bread and other festive foods.
