Orthodox Easter Vigil Saturday 3rd April 11:15 pm Church of Holy Rosary Castlebar All are most welcome, service begins with Pascal Mattins, readings, leave-taking of Epistatis (shroud of Christ) lighting of Easter candle from eternal flame, procession of three women to Christs Tomb, Solemn proclamation of Resurrection of Christ, (Greek, Russian, English,) singing of Pascal Kanon, Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom. Please bring to front of Altar Easter foods and flesh-meats, breads, cheeses, eggs to be blessed after Solemn Gospel of night.

May we pray for Gods blessing on our Father John Cosgrove, the Rev Clergy, Parish team and All Parishioners of The Holy Rosary Parish here in Castlebar at this Holy Solemnity of Christs Rising from the Dead, and thank you for all your kindness, support and prayers for our small community "Christos Anesti" !
