Orthodox Easter Vigil

Orthodox Catholic Easter Vigil will be celebrated in Church of The Holy Rosary at 11pm tonight Saturday 18 April 2009.

All people are most welcome to this celebration, we follow the Julian calendar so this year we are one week later than Christian Churches in the west.

The service is in English intermingled with Russian and Greek and Church Slavonic.

For those from Russian, Greek, Romanian, Bulgarian Lativan, Serbian and Estonian, and other Orthodox communities please bring your traditional foods and painted eggs they will be blessed during this service to be shared in Easter Breakfast at youir homes and parties, and feel free to dress in national dress.
