Following her serious accident earlier this week, Mitchels Ladies Football and other local clubs in Castlebar, together with pupils of St. Josephs Secondary School, are joining together to run, jog or walk the 5k route around Lough Lannagh on Saturday morning next, December 3rd commencing at 9.30am.

As members of a keen sporting family, Lucy has taken part in this event on a regular basis in recent weeks with the Castlebar Mitchels Ladies group. We feel that this is a fitting display of affection and solidarity with the Tuohy family during this difficult time.

Voluntary donations will be collected on the morning to help the family defray their costs, but the primary focus is on completing the route on behalf of Lucy. All are welcome to come along and join in.

Meet in Castlebar Tennis Club car park at 9.15am and afterwards join us for tea/coffee in the Tennis Club.
