Why not join our cycle meet & train group?

When: Wednesdays 8th, 15th & 22nd June

Where: Meet at Connacht Gold Store, Castlebar

Time: 7.30pm

Distances covered will be 5km, 7km & 10km

The group will be led by Paul Kilcourse, national cyclist with 25 years of cycling experience. Learn Practical tips on cycling from Paul as well as getting some exercise in a fun non competitive way.
