Al Fresco Dining in Castlebar?

The weather is good here in Castlebar this week - so grab the chance to eat outdoors while it lasts.

Strawberries, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, green leaves - aka rocket lettuce, avocado.

Tomatoes sprinkled with salt, pepper and sugar and covered in dressing to seal in the juices and taste! Product placement - note the Rua dressing and not forgetting their pickled cucumbers!

New potatoes - poreens - left over from last night's barbecue with mayo and chives freshly clipped from the garden. Glass of Chilean white bought in Gavins earlier.
