The next meeting of the Castlebar GIY group (Grow It Yourself), will be next Monday 8th October at 7.30 pm in the Le Cheile Family Resource Centre, Tucker St., Castlebar. We will be discussing all things to do with growing your own food.

Also, this month we will focus on saving/preserving your harvest. Bring along any tips you can share with the group so we can all benefit from collective knowledge. Everyone is welcome!
