LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
What is the future of our library service? What are its strengths? Its weaknesses? Are there sections of the community for whom we are not providing a service? Is our stock up-to-date and appropriate? Are our opening hours adequate? Should we provide more access to technology? More exhibitions and cultural events? Are there new and innovative ways of delivering our services?
Mayo County Council is working on the development of a four-year strategic
plan for the County Library Service.
We want to hear your views on our library service - the good and the bad.
If you have opinions on the future of the service you can let us know by:
1) Email - to library@mayococo.ie
2) Post your comments in an envelope marked "Library Development Plan" to Mayo County Library, The Mall, Castlebar.
3) Drop your comments in an envelope marked "Library Development Plan" into any of our 15 branches
