Photos of a group of ladies who are taking part in the Free Health, Vitality and Good Nutrition programme currently underway at Mayo Cancer Support Rock Rose House. Weigh in took place last Tuesday night and will continue every Monday evening and Friday evening between 5 and 6 p.m.

The programme includes a Weight Management Plan and free membership of Curves Fitness Club for 4 weeks. The duration of the programme is 6 weeks to Easter Sunday. Anybody who would still like to join is welcome to do so by coming along to the weigh in on the Monday or Friday. Also you can go along to Curves where Teresa will join you in the Programme.
