Welcome to our first newsletter of 2015. We have had a busy start to the new year. Building on the success of our foraging workshop last year, we have developed an interesting range of workshops for 2015. All workshops are designed to inspire you to get outdoors foraging and creating.....

We have eight different types of workshops to choose from. All workshops begin with a two hour foraging walk to gather the wild plants on land or on the seashore. We then enjoy a wild foraged lunch, a sample of our wild lunch is wild herbal soup and seaweed bread, followed by tea/coffee and our duilisc truffles.

After lunch we will work with our foraged plants in your chosen workshop, which ranges from brewing your own Gorse Wine, Dandelion beer. Making your own seaweed or herbal creams and cosmetics. Or you can choose to make your own wild crafts, dried flowers, wild flower candle, seaweed soap. If you like your herbal teas then you can spend the afternoon learning how to blend your own teas and the medicinal properties of the plants. If jams and chutneys or cordials are your thing them why not learn how to preserve your wild harvest.

For those that like cooking we have a wild cooking , where we make everyday food using wild plants, herbs, flower and seaweeds..

At the end of each workshop you will have your own treasured creation to bring home with you.
