15, Jan 2014 - 10:17

Our Celtic Imbolg Festival will be led by Dr. Sheila McHugh who lectures in Celtic Studies in GMIT Galway.

We will visit an ancient well to perform a traditional Imbolg Celebration; we will have a guided hill walk through the famine village, 8th centuary beehive settlements and a 5000-year-old Celtic burial ground.

We will finish off our day with a St. Bridgid's cross workshop where people will be shown how to make their own cross...

Morning coffee and lunch are also included.
