Mayo Male Voice Choir rehearsals have just begun again. If you are male, can sing and have considered getting involved in a choir, this is an ideal time to start. We meet each Thursday at 7.45 pm in GMIT. Rehearsals last for a max of two hours so go on, give it a go, we guarantee all men a great welcome from our 45+ present members.

We are currently preparing for our first outing which will be in Dunmore on Friday 27th Sept i.e. the Friday after Mayo win the All-Ireland! This is a performance that is looked forward to each year by all involved with the choir, hopefully, this year, a chance to celebrate Mayo's great win with our great friends in the Dunmore choir (or drown our sorrows!).

We are also taking part in the Sligo Choral Festival in November and will be working on new carols for our carol singing before Christmas. If you think singing with us is for you, we will be looking forward to welcoming you to our choir.
