General Meeting

A General Meeting of the club will take place on Fri 22nd Mar at 8 pm. At the time of going to press the venue is Davitt College. However all members will have received an individual notification confirming the location and giving a copy of the agenda. With a membership of approx 250, however, it may mean that some people may not receive their notification. In such case please contact any member of the executive to confirm details. This meeting is vitally important to the progress and development of the club. It needs your active participation in order to lay the foundation stone of bringing the club back to its rightful place both as a football entity and as a community of like minded people. The club is at a cross roads and together as a team we can progress to realise the exciting plans that are in being both for the coming season and for the longer term.

Other appointments are awaiting clarification and will be announced in the next week.

Training

Training for all is ongoing at present and it is heartening to see such numbers turning up and putting in the effort. There is no doubt but that the will is there among young players to get involved in the football. Players want to play football so lets give them the opportunity

Co Board Tickets

At present the Co Board tickets sales are slightly behind the position of this time last year. It is a serious source of revenue for the club as well as for the Co Board. Players are asked to make a special effort to sell as many as possible. With three tickets sold there is a special bonus. Sell three and find out what the surprise is.

Membership

Although the cut off date for club membership is Jun 1, with so many events happening within in the club it is important that you confirm your membership by paying the annual sub as soon as possible. Disappointment and ' I meant to do it' will mean nothing when the list closes.

Junior & under 16’s: Monday @ 6.00pm

Wednesday @ 6.00pm

Under 14’s: Friday @ 5.30pm

Training takes place at Mc Hale Park (back pitch) and all are welcome.
