Under 10 & Under 12 Hurling Training causes Traffic Jam!

What a wonderful turn out we had last Wednesday evening for the first U-10 and U-12 training session. 131 young people were there with their hurleys and helmets ready for action. There will be another opportunity to register this Wednesday for those who didn't get registered on the night. Well done to all the coaches and helpers for their great work. Training continues this Wednesday from 6 - 7pm. If you are interested in helping out in any capacity with either team please contact any of the managers.
U-14 Training
U-14 Training continues under Daren Greaney, Steve McKeogh, and Daithi Hughes on Monday & Wednesday evenings @ 5pm and on Saturday mornings @ 10am.

Genfit Cup Senior Hurling

On Saturday evening next at 6.30pm Castlebar Mitchels Senior Team take on Tooreen in the 2nd round of the Genfit Cup. Both teams lost their 1st round matches so this is an important game for both sides to stay in the competition. Since their last game against Ballina, the Mitchels have had two good workouts against Tremane and Craughwell and are continuing to make progress. Tooreen though are always difficult to beat, and I'm sure it'll be no different on this occasion.
