Mayo Minors defeat Leitrim:

The Mayo minors booked their place in the Connacht Final on July 10th v Galway with a comprehensive win over Leitrim in Carrick on Shannon last Wednesday night. Castlebar Mitchels had 3  players on the match day panel - Johnny Maughan who started at wing back while Conor Stenson and Ethan Gibbons came off the bench with Conor scoring 0-1. Gavin Durcan is also a member of the panel. Well done to all the lads.

U-12's Visit to Croke Park:

Last Tuesday our U-12's travelled to Croke Park accompanied by their coaches and some parents.

We had 2 teams and they both played 3 games each. Team A played Westport, St. Brigids and Corofin. Team B played Westport, St. Marys and St. James.

We hope they all had a memorable day out and hopefully they will return again in the future representing their club and county on the biggest stage.

County Board Draw:

The first county board draw took place last Friday June 24th but unfortunately there were no winners from our club. The full list of winners can be found on the Mayo GAA website.
