Castlebar Mitchels are celebrating their 125th anniversary this year. A calendar of events for the year culminates in a gala dinner in December. On the June Bank Holiday weekend the club will officially open and dedicate the new pitches and facilities. Uachtaran Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Christy Cooney will attend. As a build up to the event Castlebar Mitchels will feature on CRC FM on Saturday morning from 1130 am to 1230 in the Saturday Forum slot.
