The musical will be staged in the Joe Langan Sports Hall - a new venue ideally suited for putting on musicals and able to cater for even larger audiences than the capacity crowds seen in previous years.

Don't Stop Believin' is Davitt College's latest musical, following on from some immensely successful productions such as: Jesus Christ Superstar, Guys and Dolls, and All Shook Up.

The school musical is a transition year module in Davitt College and the students are at the heart of the production. Great talent, lots of hard work plus energy and enjoyment are the key ingredients of the successful transition year module production. All of the singers and dancers involved are from the transition year class. The musical director is Eamonn Mulderrig and with David Nevin, musical producer, the on-stage cast they are supported by a cross-section of musicians in the pit.

The Davitt College production is the Irish schools' premiere of the smash hit musical Don't Stop Believin' and includes all of the classic stadium rock tunes of the 1980s, including ‘Thunderstruck', ‘Paradise City', ‘Here I Go Again', and ‘Don't Stop Believing'.

Don't Stop Believin' will be staged on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 26, 27 and 28 November 2014 - at Davitt College.

Tickets are available from the school or by calling (094 ) 9023060.
