Tree of Light Ecumenical Service
The Ecumenical Service for Let Love Shine a Light in aid of Mayo Roscommon Hospice will take place in St John's Rest and Care Centre, Knock this Sun 19th Jan at 3.45pm. Castlebar Tidy Towns
Castlebar Tidy Towns Committee are currently seeking volunteers for the weekly litter pickup on Sunday mornings. Meet at Centra, Westport Rd at 10am for an hour. All are welcome.
Snugboro Foroige Club
A meeting for parents of children aged 12-16 interested in their child joining Snugboro Foroige Club will take place in Snugboro Community Centre on Wed 22nd January at 8.30pm.
‘Recovery and the Family'
Shine together with the HSE will be running a family education course in Castlebar entitled ‘Recovery and the Family'. This course is aimed at the relatives of people suffering from mental illness. The course runs for one night per week over seven weeks from Tues 25th Feb at 8pm. For info or to book a place please contact Veronica Burke on 086- 8533801.
