Knock Shrine 39th annual Novena to Our Lady of Knock starts Sun 14th Aug, the Novena offers 9 days of reflection, discussion and prayer. Ceremonies will take place at 3pm and 8.30pm with guest speakers and a lively and mixed array of daily workshops at 12 noon and 6pm. A bus will leave the Courthouse, Castlebar for the Novena at 7.10pm on 15th, 17th, 19th and 21st August. For more info tel Margaret at 098-27109.
Youth and Family Events: The HUB Centre at Knock will run a special week-long programme of events throughout the Novena for children which will include a ‘Kids Club', Arts and Crafts and ‘Saint of the Day'. More details on www.knockshrine.ie
