Rainbows information night
Rainbows is a support group for children between the ages of 7 and 18 who have experienced the separation of their parents or the death of somebody significant in their lives. An information night for parents and guardians will take place on Wed 19th Oct at 8pm. All are welcome.
Dreams... sources of wisdom
One day programme on dreams takes place on Sat 22nd Oct. Presenter: Kathleen Duffy.
Group meeting for parents who have lost babies in pregnancy or infancy will be held in the Gateway Hotel, Swinford at 7.30pm on the third Wed of every month. The next meeting is on Oct 19th. For info tel Geraldine Sheerin at 087 0565999. All are welcome.

Year of Mercy
Continuing the Year of Mercy celebrations, we would like to thank the Primary School classes and their teachers for the tremendous effort they put into the activities and projects to celebrate the National Day of Prayer for Children last Friday. Their great efforts are now on display in the Churches. We also pray for parents, children and teachers who this weekend commenced their preparation journey towards First Holy Communion.

Anam Cara, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Thurs 20th Oct from 7.30pm to 9pm in the Family Centre, Chapel Street. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age their child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether the death was recent or not.
