CHY3 Forms Tax Rebate Scheme
Many thanks to all those who signed and returned their CHY3 forms last year. These forms are valid until 2019. Thanks to your support, Castlebar Parish received a tax rebate of €34,000.
Whether you are PAYE or Self-Assessed Castlebar Parish can claim tax relief on your donation. If your donations amount to €250 (€5 per week) or more in a year they could be worth an extra 45% to Castlebar Parish.
By signing the Revenue Enduring Certificate (CHY3), Castlebar Parish can claim tax relief on your donations (totalling €250 or more in any year) for a 5 year period if tax has been paid. This is at no extra cost to you!
If you did not return a form last year, and would like to participate in the scheme, please fill in your details on the CHY3 form and return it to the Presbytery.
Forms are available at the back of the church or at the Presbytery tel 9021844.
