The West of Ireland Women’s Mini Marathon takes place at 12 noon on Sunday May 2nd in and around Castlebar. The event starts and finishes at the Mall and the Mall area will be closed to traffic from early morning until 4pm. There are also other road closures on that day so it’s best to avoid the town centre. Using the ring road is advisable. Please check your local papers this coming week for exact street and road closures.
