Pakistan  Collection
Trócaire’s  director Justin Kilcullen has extended a heartfelt 'Thank You' to the  parishes of the diocese who collected for survivors of the Pakistan  floods last month. “Over the last five weeks Trócaire has evacuated  20,000 people from the dangerous floodwater and is supporting about  100,000 people with food, clean water, shelter and hygiene kits. We  will be able to continue our work thanks to your generous support. Your  support will save lives and we thank you for it.”

Tax relief  forms
So far 92 people  have completed and returned their tax forms.  As this claim to  the Revenue is being forwarded in the near future, anyone else who would  like to complete a form should do so as soon as possible.  If you  have contributed €250 or more to the parish and priests’ collections  in 2009 and are in the P.A.Y.E. system, you may complete the form and  return it to the Presbytery.  Forms are available at the back of  the Church and the Presbytery.  Thanks to all who have sent in  their forms.
