Caring for Carers
Many people in caring roles can see looking after themselves as somehow selfish when in reality it is essential so that we can care well for others too. This self care day for carers is to help you replenish your resources and learn ways of caring for yourself on an ongoing basis. Date: Sat. 5th Nov., 10.30am to 4pm. The facilitator is Maura Horkan, psychotherapist.
