Learn to Relax and Enjoy Life

This Mindfulness based stress reduction course is an internationally recognised course which has been found to be of enormous benefit to many people throughout the world. It teaches you how to relax and make the most of everyday life. This eight week course commences on Tuesday January 10^th. There will be two opportunities to do this course – 6.00p.m. and 8.30p.m. The facilitator Dr. Andrew Harkin is both a psychotherapist and a medical doctor.
