Therapeutic Writing – an Introduction
A one day workshop to help people use writing and journaling to enhance their lives within a small safe group will be held on Sat. 3rd March from 10.a.m. – 4p.m. No previous writing experience is necessary. The facilitator is Patricia McAdoo, Clinical Psychologist, lecturer and writer.
