The Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar has a confidential skilled bereavement support service available to anybody who may wish to avail of it. Midsummer Melodies - A musical celebration of the longest day of the year with Mayo Concert Orchestra will take place in Ballintubber Abbey on Thurs. 21st June at 9p.m. All proceeds will go toward the Williams Syndrome Association of Ireland.

Community Bonfire on Sat 23rd June at 7p.m. at Lough Lannagh (Barrys Castle end). Children activities, bouncy castles etc, fun to be had by all. Adm.: €2. Proceeds in aid of the Order of Malta - serving the people of Castlebar since 1948.

Tochar Phádraig Pilgrim Walks
The Tochar Phádraig Pilgrim Walks from Ballintubber Abbey to Croagh Patrick take place on Saturday 30th June, departing the Abbey at 8.30a.m. A backup car will accompany all the walkers to the end at Murrisk. Tel. Ballintubber Abbey 9030934.
