Tax Relief (CHY2 forms)
Many thanks to all who have returned their completed CHY2 forms. If you are a PAYE contributor and would like the parish to reclaim the tax on your contribution to the Church, please fill in the CHY2 form and return it to the Presbytery. Forms are available at the back of the Church.
