Derrywash N.S. Castlebar are taking to the stage again! This year the students of the school are presenting extracts from the musical, "The Wizard of Oz," on Tuesday the 21st of June at 7.30pm in the Royal Theatre, Castlebar. Tickets cost 10 euro for adults and only 3 euro for students & children.

The musical tells the well known story of Dorothy and her journey in the land of Oz, where she stumbles upon new friends and an exciting adventure in search of returning home. Along her way she meets three new friends who join her in anticipation of receiving their own prizes when they reach the end of their journey and meet the Great Wizard of Oz.

However, Dorothy's journey is full of unexpected twists and turns which leads to the friends relying upon one another in order to fulfill their dream of reaching Oz. Witches and magic play a strong part in trying to ruin Dorothy's chances of returning home however will goodness win in the end? Come join us on Tuesday night the 21st of June in the Royal Theatre to find out!
