A few pictures from Scoil Raifteirí highlighting our efforts to renew our Green Flag. This important environmental award is up for review every two years, and keeps schools on their toes. We try to maintain good habits engendered in previous years, but have added the theme of Water as a new focus for our energies.

We will be holding a Day of Action next Wednesday 24th January 2007, at which parents are invited to see the launch of a school-wide series of displays and experiments, covering all facets of water in our lives. Themes such as the Water Cycle, Acid Rain and Water Usage in the Home are being studied by every class.
